Every year, across the world we celebrate women’s achievements on International Women’s Day.

It’s a time when we can reflect and be grateful for the women who have shaped our society, and those who have helped us in our personal and professional lives.

Taking place on 8 March, the theme of this year’s awareness day is #BreakTheBias, which is aimed at creating a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination.

This year, our CEO Chris Judge addresses the importance of men changing their behaviour and attitudes towards women and reducing violence against women and girls.
