One Recovery Bury Film Screening

Our inspirational One Recovery Bury-based film collective Klik Klak have made two short films. They will be shown at 7pm Monday 5th December at Nexus Arts Café – 2 Dale St, Manchester M1 1JW. The shorts will be followed by a Q&A which will cover the writing, production and content the films.

Dine is a parody of Come Dine with Me. It was made with the help of Glass Eye Productions. The short is a darkly humorous, skilfully directed and acted piece that illuminates the reality of drug and alcohol dependency. Dine was funded by the Tony Lloyd Police and Crime Commissioner as part of their ongoing support of communities through their Active Neighbourhood funding

The second film to be shown is the premier of a short in support of the White Ribbon campaign against domestic violence. http://www.whiteribboncampaign.co.uk/
