One Recovery Staffordshire Staff & Partner Update

From the 5^th to the 16^th May One Recovery Staffordshire held a number of meetings with prospective staff about the new service and transferring to the One Recovery Partnership organisations.  The meetings provided an opportunity to discuss the range of interventions that will be delivered as part of One Recovery Staffordshire, the service user journey, the staffing structure and any questions regarding the new service and TUPE.  One Recovery Staffordshire would like to thank the outgoing providers for making these meetings possible and all staff  for their positive response.

One Recovery Staffordshire is now embarking on a series of one-to-one sessions with prospective staff to inform them of their new organisation and any role they will be potentially be undertaking post 1^st July.  We envisage these meetings being completed in the next two weeks.
